Robert Morris is the Founding Senior Pastor of Gateway Church, a multi-campus, evangelistic, Spirit-empowered church in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Since it began in 2000, the church has grown to more than 16,000 active members. He is featured on the weekly television program, The Blessed Life, seen in approximately 80 million homes in the United States and in more than 200 countries around the world. Robert holds a Doctor of Letters from The King’s University, which is given to those who have made substantial contributions to their respective fields through published works. He is the bestselling author of nine books including The Blessed Life, From Dream to Destiny, The Power of Your Words,The God I Never Knew, and The Blessed Church. Robert and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 30 years and are blessed with one married daughter, two married sons and two grandchildren. They reside in Southlake, Texas.

As Executive Senior Pastor of Gateway Church, Tom oversees the church ministries on a weekly basis working with the senior management team to execute the vision and values of the church. Prior to joining Gateway, he served as Senior Pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo, Texas. In addition to his responsibilities at Gateway, Tom also serves on the board of Marriage Today, the non-profit entity that produces MarriageToday, a nationally broadcast TV program. Gateway is very committed to the ministry of touching families and marriages as represented by this ministry. Tom’s relational style and personal experiences bring a warm, tender touch to his leadership, speaking, writing and pastoral ministry. Tom and his wife, Jan, have been married for 38 years. They have four children and eight grandchildren.

Tom wrote the books The Influence of a Father, Conversations with God,Letters from a Dad to a Graduate, and He Still Speaks with author Wayne Drain. He also wrote the curriculum for Foundations: Healthy Church Government.

John H. Spurling currently serves as an Associate Senior Pastor at Gateway Church. His responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight for the following ministries: Gateway Equip (discipleship), Leadership Development, Small Groups, Women’s Ministries, Gateway Technologies and CONNECT. John has more than 25 years of ministry experience as a senior pastor, staff pastor, seminary professor, conference speaker and church consultant. He has authored and co-authored numerous equipping and leadership resources that are now being used in several thousand churches worldwide. He has earned four academic degrees including a Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership and Church Development from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California. He is a passionate communicator and writer who loves challenging people to live God-honoring lives. John and his wife, Penny, have two children.

Bob Hamp oversees Freedom Ministries at Gateway Church. He was a counselor in private practice for sixteen years and learned a great deal trying to help people live the life they wanted. He believes freedom is the ability to live life as the person you are created and redeemed to be. Bob has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and has used his training not only as a counselor but as a consultant to a variety of organizations including schools, doctors’ offices and juvenile detention and probation agencies. He and his wife, Jackee, have been married since 1984, and they have four children.

Bob wrote the curriculum for Foundations of Freedom audio and video series (Kingdom of God, Levels of Change, Hearing God, Life in the Kingdom and A Kingdom Parable). He also wrote curriculum for Forgiveness, Hidden Heart and Overcoming Life Patterns.

Zach Neese is a Worship Pastor at Gateway Church where he oversees all areas of worship development including discipleship and worship training classes. Zach believes there is a difference between "leading worship" and pastoring people in the presence of God, and his leadership reflects his passion for helping people develop vibrant, transformational relationships with Jesus.
Zach is a gifted teacher and writes much of the church worship curriculum. He has recently completed his first book, “How to Worship a King.” He also trains and advises worship leaders and churches around the world. Before coming to Gateway, Zach served as a youth and worship pastor in several congregations as well as directing the Christ For the Nations Institute School of Worship and Technical Arts. He is a seasoned songwriter of many popular songs including “The More I Seek You,” “Alabaster Jar” and “Love Has Done it”, and “Faithful God”. Zach released his first solo CD project in 2011 titled “God & King.”

Zach Lives in Keller, Texas with his wife Jen and their six children. They are his first church and the prize of his heart.

Debbie Morris serves as the Pastor of Pink (Gateway Women) at Gateway Church, a multi- campus, evangelistic, Spirit-empowered church in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of Studio G, a magazine for women, author of the book The Blessed Woman and co-author of the book The Blessed Marriage.

Debbie is a quiet but powerful influence in the lives of the women at Gateway as well as the Christian community. She is married to Robert, her high school sweetheart and the Founding Senior Pastor of Gateway Church. They've been married for over 30 years and have three children and three grandchildren.

Linda Godsey serves as one of the Freedom Pastors at Gateway Church in Southlake,Texas. Her passion is the message of freedom whether it's writing, speaking, training or ministry to individuals. She oversees the Freedom Team at Gateway and her passion is to see people set free and experiencing their destiny in Christ. 
Linda is a regular speaker at Gateway's Kairos; a Gateway Freedom quarterly event. She teaches Freedom topical classes and is involved in training outside churches (national and international) desiring to establish a Freedom Ministry. Linda has been in ministry for over thirty tears including freedom, women's ministry and small groups. She has been a conference and retreat speaker and has written numerous devotionals for various Christian websites and magazines. She has also been a contributing writer to Gateway's freedom materials, manuals and session guides used in the training processes. The Church on the Way in Van Nuys, California was her training ground where she and her husband served under the Pastorate of Dr. Jack Hayford for 16 years. Linda and her husband, Jim, served as the elder body, for numerous other ministries including Cleansing Stream (a freedom ministry). She completed the School of the Bible founded by Dr. Hayford during that time and has a degree in Interior Design.

Geoffrey Cohen is a South African born, Messianic Jew from the priestly tribe of Levi. After a dramatic and life changing encounter with the God of Israel in 1984, Geoff took up acall to specialize in cross cultural ministry around the world with a specific focus on helping Jewish people come to a personal knowledge of their Messiah. Geoff has ministered in twenty three countries speaking and teaching in conferences, synagogues, Bible schools, churches and radio. Geoff co-hosted a tv show “Shalom Jerusalem” in Virginia, and has also appeared on The 700 Club and It's Supernatural (with Sid Roth) as well as the Daystar television network and broadcasts throughout South America and regions of Africa. Geoff serves as Pastor of Messianic ministry at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas effectively reaching souls and strengthening leaders both locally and worldwide. He and his wife, Michele Cohen, have three adult sons.

Allan Kelsey has a Bachelor's degree in Business and has been in management for small and large companies (in both hemispheres of the world), a busines owner and the CEO of a franchise corporation. Through it all, he has seen how significant achievements are essentially the work of people. The tragedy of the modern Western culture though is the tendency to become so focused on output or results that we dismiss the veyr essence of the people who make it happen. The irony is that within those very people are the talents and resources to imagine and create ourselves into a better world, a better idea, a better me.

 

Allan joined the staff of Gateway in the summer of 2010 as the Associate Pastor of Staff Development, a role he used to champion new initiatives and purposefully develop ways to strengthen the contribution of the Gateway staff. In January 2012, he became the Executive Pastor of Equipping & Leadership. He has been married to Stephanie since 1993, and they have two daughters

Brad joined the staff of Gateway Church as the Associate Pastor of Volunteer Ministries in June 2006. He graduated from New Life Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 1983. After his graduation, he traveled around America and ministered with the New Life Drama Company for give years.

 

Brad has over 25 years of ministry experience ranging from evangelism training and traveling as an itinerate speaker to being a youth pastor, children's pastor, administrative pastor, video campus pastor and Bible college professor. He has served on staff at churches in Tennessee, South Carolina, Michigan and Australia. Regardless of his location, Brad's constant desire has always been to recruit train and release teams of people to do the work of the ministry. His passion and years of ministry experience have developed his ability to help people identify their special gifts and talents and find their place of service in the body of Christ. 

 

Brad and his wife, Dawn, have one son, Eric. They enjoy spending time together, playing games, camping, bike riding and going to museums

 

As the Pastor of PINK, Jan is an integral part in helping to lead a team of amazing women who work ot develop opportunities and resources for as many women as possible, which includes planning the annual women's conference Pink Impact at Gateway Church with a reach of over 8,000 women. She speaks, writes and ministers on issues related to women, leadership and healing. As a breast cancer survivor, she shares openly about her experience and encourages otehres to navigate with faith during difficult times. Because of her personal story, she was invited to become a part of a project of the National Breast Cancer Foundation called Beyond The Shock, where she is featured as a documentary participant, sharing insights and perspectives as a cancer survivor. Jan and her husband Mkar have been married for 29 years and have four children

Michele Cohen is a dynamic speaker, author and actress. She speaks in conferences and churches all over the world, empowering people of all nations to arise in their maximum potential and fulfull their unique purpose. Originally from Surrey, England, her artistic career spans more than three decades and includes hundreds of credits as an acress, direcgtor and chroeographer both in London's prestigious West End theater distrcit and throughout the United States. Michele and her family live in Trophy Club, Texas.
